New designation for 2017 - I am a "Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist.".

My late wife was a well-known local Estate Planning & Probate attorney. After losing her to cancer in 2015, I continue in her footsteps by helping people affected by the death of a family member or friend, and whose estate needs to go through the probate process. After closing over $1M in probate/estate listings in 2016, I acquired the CPRES designation in January 2017, and I continue to help people and grow my probate sales business. While I primarily assist from the listing side, I attend every court hearing in which I have an interest, and I understand the process from the buyer's side as well.

An explanation of "Raintree":
The Raintree is a 3000+ year old Bristlecone Pine that is located along the trail to the Mt Charleston Summit, which is the peak at the NW corner of the Vegas Valley. It is considered the oldest tree in the Spring Mountain Range, and one of the oldest living things in Nevada! I have hiked past this tree on my many trips to the Mt Charleston Summit.

Through 2014 I made regular fly-overs of the construction site for our new Chapel. After the Chapel was completed, the church video editing team spliced the video together for a very cool time-lapse video that was played during the dedication services. Note the shakiness from the earlier videos that was eradicated once I upgraded to a DJI Phantom 2 with integrated gimbal. Looks much better!
